What happens after I subscribe?
Welcome to the raft! After you subscribed, you will receive an email shortly, which will include a link to your "Design request" board on Trello as well as the "Design Contract" and other documents. It might take couple hours, but usually you will receive it within a day
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Our monthly plan offers cost-effective flexibility, allowing you to pay for design services only when you need them. Our monthly plan provides flexibility and cost-effectiveness. You can pause and resume your subscription as needed, paying for design services only when you have work available.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be worked on and delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer. And we will let you know ahead of time through your dedicated design request management board.
How do I request designs?
We offer remote-focused flexibility in design requests using Trello. You can request designs directly through Trello or share your preferred method like Google Doc, email, wireframe, paper drawing or a Loom recording. It's a fair game for requesting your designs.
What if I don't like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design (as a new request) until you're satisfied.
